Rising Star Award:

Jolinda Anderson, Owner Shapes and Colors

This year’s Rising Star joined CREW Richmond last year and became a very active member of the Communications and Sponsorship Committees. She helped in multiple other ways including designing our new Why CREW Richmond Flyer. Finally, you will usually see her with a camera in hand, photographing our events.

The Rising Star Award honors a CREW Member who, in their first two years of membership, has most embraced the CREW Richmond mission and core values through chapter and committee involvement, member to member business, and/or career development.

Member to Member Business Award:

Amy Broderick, SVP Cushman & Wakefield

This year’s winner joined CREW in 2019 and has been making an impact ever since. She’s enthusiastic about CREW, making connections and deals with other CREW members and putting CREW members first. She enjoys building relationships with both local and national CREW members.

The Member-to-Member Business Award honors a CREW member who thinks of CREW members first for business and demonstrates a commitment to assembling member talent resulting in measurable business for other members

The Circle of Excellence Award:

 Debbie Wake

This year’s winner has been a CREW member for over 30 years and has contributed and volunteered in countless ways over the years, including serving as a past board member. She fully supports our mission and is always willing to help another CREW member. Beyond her involvement with CREW, she is a true leader who has excelled in her commercial real estate career, setting an incredible example of professionalism and success for all of us. On a personal note, she was one of the first members to welcome me to CREW Richmond, always greeting me with a warm smile and asking how I’m doing. Her kindness and leadership truly embody what CREW is all about.

The Circle of Excellence Award honors a CREW member who consistently embodies CREW Richmond’s mission and core values related to Leadership, Excellence, Influence, Advancement, and Community. This is a one-time award to honor a tenured member who has significantly contributed to CREW Richmond. Former winners of this category are Debbie Reading, Brenda Karp, Renee Shepperson, Liz Steele, and Patrica Miller.
